How It's Done
The
goal is for the entire group to stand on a small pedestal for a
predetermined amount of time – without touching the ground! To succeed,
they need to form a stable “sculpture” that allows the group to find
its balance. Once they solve this problem, they’re in for a surprise:
like a Russian doll, the pedestal contains the next smaller pedestal
they must balance on, and inside that one there’s another, and
another... New strategies must be developed, discarded, and reworked
many times throughout the process!
